Dining Experience

During the Anglo Boer war, Ana Fischer spent a lot of her time in the same homestead, busy baking rusks and cookies for the men who fought in the war. It is with this same passion and commitment that our Chef applies his trade to fulfill the needs of every guest.

Breakfast consists of a delicious three-course meal, including homemade muesli, fresh fruits, delicious locally manufactured cheese, home-baked bread and many more delights. The Royal Fischer Hotel makes it their priority to support locally produced products.

In the evenings we serve a five course meal that accompanies the best wines that the Cape Winelands can offer. For dinner, guests can expect delicious Springbok fillet, lamb knuckle, fish dishes, French tomato bredie and many more dishes to honor those childhood memories of yesteryear, with the exception of a modern twist. Not even the sweet tooth is neglected – we ensure the perfect ending to every meal.
At the Royal Fischer, we want our guests to have an unforgettable gastronomic dining experience…
